The oldest brick gate in existence for the Ezure Irrigation Channel

This is the oldest existing brick gate for the Ezure Irrigation Channel, which takes its water from Kamiezura in Moka, Tochigi Prefecture, located on the left bank of Kinugawa River.

It was built in 1900 for irrigation for the local community between Kinugawa River and Kokai River.
